Drama House, established 10 years ago in Malahide, Co. Dublin, has grown into a vibrant school with over 500 students participating weekly in various classes, including Musical theatre, Youth theatre, Preschool and Baby classes. We offer seasonal camps during Halloween, Easter, and Summer, along with two annual shows, one of which is a full musical production We also operate a casting agency and the Drama House youth theatre festival. Our successful business model can be easily replicated in any town or county in Ireland and beyond.
Our Story
Welcome to Drama House, founded by our passionate Director, Sarah Healy. With BA in Drama and Theatre Studies and a MA in Applied Theatre, Sarah's vision was clear from the beginning: to create a Performing Arts school that places each child's unique experience at the centre of its decision making. Unlike many competitors, our focus is to ensure that every student can explore their talents and shine their own way. Over the past 10 years, we've cultivated a nurturing environment where teachers truly know their students, making sure no child feels lost in the crowd.
For the past 10 years, Sarah has witnessed the joy that comes from smaller class sizes and dedicated teachers who truly know their students. This hands-on approach not only creates happy kids but also fosters a thriving business model. As Sarah embarks on the journey of launching the "Your Drama House" franchise, she aims to share her experiences and insights to passionate educators and arts professionals, who are ready to make a difference.
