Do you see a need for child-centred Performing Arts classes in a particular area?
A key factor for a successful Drama house is location. You will need a local population with enough young people to sustain your school. The presence of other performing arts and children’s activities sessions demonstrates a need in the area, so this wouldn’t necessarily be off putting. As a general rule, there would ideally be at least 3 primary schools in the location. If they are building new homes in the area that’s always a good sign that there are young families in the area. Local knowledge of the geography and population is a plus for any franchisee.
